200 hrs Certified Yoga Instructor, Alanna trained as a Gymnast from very young, transitioning to begin practicing Yoga. This led to a discovery of Yoga as much more than a physical exercise, but a spiritual journey. This path lead her to Thailand to complete her first 200 hours training course in Chiang Mai under Yoga Samaadhi school from Rishikesh India.

Yoga is about striving for progress, not perfection. To keep improving and working towards ones own goals, not holding comparison to another. This is an important philosophy to keep in mind in all aspects of life. Yoga teaches much more than just physical strength, but mental resilience towards the challenges of life that may arise, and encourages personal growth.
